The setup is so uniquelike a cafeteria where you line up for each type of meat and then choose how you want it served tacos , sopes, tostadas, quesadillas, and more. And let me tell you, the homemade tortillas are next levelso much flavor, its unreal! I had the carne asada tacos, which were fantastic, but the real standout was the Mulas I tried with al pastor. Picture perfectly seasoned al pastor, gooey cheese , and fresh toppings all on a double corn tortillait was absolutely incredible! It was clear they were not necessarily accustomed to seeing tourist. Truthfully. Next trip I think will return to this location instead of one of the super busy strip locations. Im not sure who was more surprised. Them that I couldnt speak Spanish. Or me when they could speak very clear English after assuming I could speak Spanish. lol. Great experience!! ”
